I actually like that far away look, makes a nice change from the usual "smile for the camera" style. However, I don't care for the Neat Image effect (whether or not it actually happened VIA that program) at all.

Is that a nose piercing or a pixel error? Either way I would clone it out.
I like the skin tones and smooth texture. Love the eyes!

beautiful shot, beautiful model. Focusing is always going to be an issue this close with a self-portrait, and the eyes are little soft, but its still a fantastic shot

normally I don't like the overuse of neat image, but in this case it's perfect...I love the look of porcelain you have achieved, quite beautiful 8
