again I just tightened this one up a bit, which brings you closer in touch with her, without losing any of the elements of the photo - you can still see she's wearing a fuzzy hat and coat, you can still see the cigar, but the tighter crop gives you a tighter connection to her. As an aside I tend to shoot models (especially women) from slightly above their eyeline so they're looking up a little - it tends to be a little more flattering to their facial structure, and it opens their eyes up a little more - as i'm sure you've guessed i consider eyes to be the main thing that connects someone to an image.

Love the make-up job on this one, and also the camera work, as well.....
There was some tough competition in this challenge, so you scored quite well.....
Also love the cigar touch as well.....
Reminds me of a scene, from a "James Bond" movie....

Well composed, good focus, interesting lady! The colors are a bit ruddy, but that is not a major knock. |

Those eyes are extreme and for me a bit out of place for the rest of the picture. The color is a bit too red imho fotr a picture that expresses cold. |

Unique to say the least! BOL Note from a personal taste: If you cropped so tightly on the right, why not eliminate the open space on the left for a tighter look at just her since it is her eyes an the cigar that are of interest? |

Very interesting image.
Gives me the feeling she's in front of a warm fire from the glow on her face.
Very well lit !!

Wow. I love the whimsicality and it's really well-balanced tonally. Her eyes look spectacular. From Russia, with lashes. |

very nice. might have been nice in portrait with more of the hat in but that is just nitpicking:) |

Interesting subject, my minor quibble would be I'd like less shadow cast by her hand, and maybe a bit of detail in it--the bottom of the face is in shadow, makes it look like there's delineation between where the makeup starts and stops. Great detail and texture in the rest of the image. |

Really diggin the pose, model and light on the hat. Only thing i see that I dont like is that her right eye seems dodged more than the left, but most people probably wont notice this. Good job! |

What a powerful image here..... I just "LOVE" the make up and setup for this one, as it would have taken a bit of work. Such powerful eyes, and a very dramatic portrait. Almost looks like a scene from a movie. |

There is a lot of detail in this shot and and was very well set up.
Perhaps too red overall for my tastes, but is probably correct based on the title.
Well done. |

Interesting, but...
The title suggests that it is cold outside, so does the fur hat, the gloves and the fur coat. Yet the lighting is extremely warm and red, making it look very hot. I also cannot place the cigar in this scene. |

That red kinda contradicts the sense of cold but otherwise what a photo! |

This makes me laugh. Love the cigar. A tad orange on the skin - but certainly unexpected and original. |
