id move the lighthouse bit to the right and id crop out all the black foreground and have more sky. then id make the sky all moody. then id get rid of the telephone lines and make the lighthouse 100% silhouette.

I like the contrast...if the lighthouse were completely black it would have a stronger effect. However, if you're good a post processing stuff, you could probably make the sky look gorgeous and that would make the silhouettes pop.
