Very well composed picture, but, as I'm sure you know, the "stone" wasn't a diamond ring! |

I get the idea that the focus is on the beautiful stone.. :) but the blur is a little overdone.. making the whole photo looks blur and off focused.. might want to adjust the angle of focus.. :) 5 for me. |

The blur of the faces is a bit much for me, but I like the idea and framing |

It's been a long time since I've seen the movie, but weren't they chasing after some big green rock? I like the sharpness of the ring and the lose of DOF beyond it. |

Not even close might be good for a diamond commercial but no where in the movie is this at all . Also If your objective is to focus on the diamond this phot0 would have been better with some lighting on the diamond and a sharper focus .thanks |

Wasn't that an Indiana Jones movie? If there's another "Romancing The Stone" out there my apologies, but I think it's the first one that will come to mind for the majority of voters. Creative use of blur is nice here. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

The stone in "Romancing the Stone" was a large emerald, not a diamond. |

My problem with this shot is that it seems a bit snapshoty that's just twisted to make it into the challenge. Interesting point of view as a photo, though. |

Very nice image with wonderful DOF to highlight the diamond ring, but this image does not represent any scene in the movie that I'm aware of. 4 |

Hmm. Well. Except the stone wasn't an engagement ring, and it wasn't romance in that sense. Sorry, can't give full credit here. |
