Really great shot, Mr J! IMHO, worthy of a freakin' ribbon. The only distracting thing is he seems to be holding a little hair that sticks out of his mouth...

Awesome shot. The texture of his skin is amazing. The only thing that I might suggest is a slightly wider cropping/framing on the left. Excellent picture.

| Good color, nice crisp clean image. Don't like the blurred rock at the bottom so well. But its not that bad. Personally, I would've cropped the image just above that. Good work tho 7 |

| This really shows off the shapes of the scales and the textures they form. But the lines of the jowl and leg lead my eye to the fuzzy dark spot behind the dewlap, drawing attention away from the interesting face. A little more space above and in front of the iguana would open it up and help the natural lines draw attention to where you really want it. |

The color and the detail in this shot are wonderful! I have a Tokay Gecko, which is a turquiose and orange color. I wanted to shoot him for this challenge, but didn't have the time. Your lighting is prfect for this shot... The only thing I would change, if anything at all, would be a solid background. That is not always possible for a shot like thei though, due to environment not being set up for the shot. Well done!

| lovely colors, detail and texture. The "dewlap" and front leg aren't in focus, and destract the eye from the central subject. They do provide some context - but i'd experiment with croppin them out. |

| Beautiful details in the iguana. Absolutely incredible shadows and lighting reflections help to bring them out. You can almost feel the texture of the skin. Great depth of field really makes it pop out of the picture and feels alive. |
