I kinda like this in a strange kinda way. Except for that guy who is almost a blur ghost. Should have had him lean against the light post. L()L.. But a very nice image.

Love the motion and capture of the street scene. Something is a little off, maybe sharpening or contrast but the potential for "pop" is there!

love the composition of this photo, but the b&w conversion seems very flat to me. 7.

The scene is way too busy. Yes this is a good capture of daily life but there are so many elements and things to look at that it lacks a main subject. Our eyes roam aimlessly. In the photograph, you give us nothing to center our focus on - we look for a main focal point but there is none. Calling a viewer's attention by making/choosing a main subject improves the visual impact and audience appeal of a photo. If you show us something unique or focus on something interesting to call out in this scene then you will capture your audience's attention. For instance, the sitting couple that is partially hidden behind the lamppost, they seem to be deep in conversation. Perhaps during the course of conversation, interesting facial expressions can be seen - he says something and she laughs, they look at something, smile, and hold hands. Why would that be interesting? One reason is that it shows human expression and for the viewer that can be interesting for it adds human interest to the 'story' your picture attempts to tell. This is just one example of centering and finding a main subject to be the focal point of your photograph - I am sure that in the bustling scene of activity here that there were many other opportunities.

The one blurry guy is the only thing that takes away from this photo. Otherwise a good photo.

Good clarity of shot. Not crazy about the composition, esp the pole in the middle.

The blurred man is in marked contrast to the rest of the photo, which is mostly very sharp. It implies there's a story here. I don't need to know what is; in fact, I like the mystery. But it adds interest to an otherwise non-descript photo.

could be a nice candid but the motion blur on a few folks kills it for me sorry.

ok. nothing really pops out at me to look at. i'm not sure which gathering of people is the focal point. 5

Not sure exactly why, but this scene reminds me a little of night-time Main Street USA, in Disneyland. Many wonderful memories, thanks :)

The one woman's bright white shire really distracts as does the one blurred walking man while the rest of the people are not blurry.

I dunno... I feel like it needs a little stronger "main subject". It seems like the lamppost in the middle has become the main subject, with people on the right who are about to fall out of the frame, and people in the middle who are behind the lamppost and a blurry person to who all play "secondary subjects". I think if the lamppost weren't even there, that suddenly those other three would become stronger all on their own...

I'm not sure what the subject is.

I think the photo would be stronger with more white in it - your lights are all the way white, but nothing else is so it leaves it kind of flat.

Hope that's helpful

I like the choice of black and white and the movement in the people, but it's a messy image with no real point of focus...sorry
