I could totally see this on the cover of a biology textbook. You captured the buggy in a wonderful active position and I think the composition and colors are just fantastic. |

Great sharpness. Gotta watch these little guys. Good job with your control and management of the lighting. Exposure is spot on! |

Very good macro, your subject stands out fairly well from the background. Especially considering you were dealing with all greens. The only thing that bugs me about this photo is the dark spot of background by his tail(I'm assuming the end up in the air is the head), it seems to be a real eye-catch for me. Now, if it was dark like that all across the background the near neon greens of the subject would really pop. |

This would of been great for the colour on colour challenge! Love the "pose" you captured! |

Neat shot! I agree the caterpillar appears just a tad bit overexposed, but still very nice! Looks like maybe you did a slight desat on the background, and I might be tempted to desat even a bit more to separate out the subject better.
All nitpicking though as this is excellent as it is. |

"WOW" this is just awesome, and everyone should look at this one, as it is just mind blowing..... I think he looks kind of ugly in a green sort of way, but also so dam cute, if that is possible. Great capture..... |

this is a great macro shot I love the lines and it looks like the litte guy is posing, my only critique is that the white lines seem just abit overexposed and have lost detail, still a great shot :) |
