As I scrolled down, I hoped you had had titled it Birdie. Like this alot. Might consider reducing some of the noise, especially in the background.

Looks like you just had a tad bit too much contrast in certain spots on the leave. The noise effect works with the photo though.

The effect looks good, but I feel there maybe a little too much processing gone into this. The naturalness of the leaf has diminished just past the point of reality.

It took me a while to see but to mee this is just not very interesting overall and seems a bit noisy.
