Well composed, good lighting and the compass placed at the top is a nice touch.
You were close pointing where I actually was. Early on I was as far east as Apache Lake. If you look to the upper left of your finger you can see Lost Dutchman State Park, that is near where my car was disabled. Goldfield where I came out is about a mile from there. The Goldfield Mountains are beyond that. The place I was physically lost was northeast of the Goldfield mountains toward Suguaro Lake. Doesn't look like much on this small scaled map, but there is plenty of room to be lost up there and it is an untraveled area of the tonto national forest. - Steve |

| Great job meeting the challenge! Focus is excellent, especially around Mesa. The finger could be a bit sharper, but it's good that it's there - it contributes a lot to the image in my opinion. The compass is a nice touch. |

| I love maps and AZ. Lighting is ok Nice job eliminating the shadow from the finger and an excellent idea! |

| GREAT idea for a shot. :) Perfect concept for this challenge. It looks like someone who is right in the middle of the search (possibly in a search party) and is checking their bearings. |
