 I took this photo of my chow chow as she was resting, as you can see by the expression all she wanted to say to me was "Not You again", I am hoping she was talking with her eyes to the camera and not me.

changing the DOF here to blur the background would help, flash is also a little strong

Cutie! Desaturate a bit and this will look cleaner.

Cute title, especially with the 1/2 eye open look.
I bit harsh on the contrast, and the border is somewhat distracting.
(I don't judge a border though - just info)

the lighting is too harsh ... looks like you used the "on camera" flash for this shot

Cute dog, is he/she really that colour, that would be my only complaint perhaps a bit to much saturation, but a nice capture none the less. Good luck.
