| Hey Mav, I gave this one an 8. I like the color, so I'd prefer you didn't go to b/w. I think the color does add something. I think the focus is good, too. I guess some voters didn't like it so dark? I thought this would be in the top 10. But then again, it wasn't a bug. |

| Great closeup. Really shows the grit and grime of the gears. I like the hue that you were able to capture helps to show oldness. Great reflections and shadows help bring out the details. |

| great perspective here. I love the angle you chose and the elements you have highlighted here. good grungy textures. It is a bit too dark but otherwise works really well. |

| Would have been better in B&W, but then again, I am very partial to black and white, especially in shots like this where colour is not something that helps the picture. A nice photo, the front og the is a little blurry though, and a little less glare might have been nice. Great composition though! I might have also oversharpened this one a bit, to bring out the greasyness of the shot. Nonetheless I give it an 8! |
