Ok but, crop in closer to get rid of most of the background.

The B/G is very distracting and for me there is no softness to this image (MHO)

Pity that this is so small - but from what I can see, there is no soft focus (possibly the background).

This seems to be a shalow DOF not a soft focus.

Perhaps its just me...but the pose doesn't look right and its not very soft. Maybe if the picture was just a tad bigger it would be easier to judge. Well lit though...

You have a pretty subject. By placing her head in the top third of the image, rather than exactly in the middle, it would make for a stronger image, and you might have been able to then crop the photo below her hands. Nice job...keep working on compositions!
