This has an interesting though creepy feeling for me. I like the intensity of the red and the way it contrasts with the blue iris. The flame in the eye is an interesting touch too. It looks like the whites of the eye have been way overprocessed though, very unnatural and the area around the eye seems oversmoothed (this may not be the case but it looks that way to me!). I like that you went in a more untraditional bent than some of the other entries, even if it isn't as appealing to me personally. I gave a 5 |

That's nice, but the skin looks too weird. I love how the fire looks. |

Probably would have been a better shot without so much softening.. but as digital art, I really love it. |

Nice reflection in the eye - I don't think you needed to make the face so red though |

I love this shot. I love how the flame appears in your subjects eyes and the skin shows the glow of the flame. |

Hello Neat Image! Not only is the skin way too cartooned by the noise reduction, but it's oompa loompa orange, and the whites of the eyes are powder blue, with a visible orange streak in the middle od the white to the left of the iris. Not a crisp line to be seen... Not a great combination. |

OK! First TOO MUCH NEAT IMAGE! It is the first thing I see, a plastic eye. I am sure I am not the only one to say something about it. Second, Neat Idea! I like the flame in the eye and without all that NI you would see more of the beauty of the eye it's self. Good try. I say this is one to experiment again on. 6

seems like too much Neat Image to me ... I'd like to see more detail in the skin ... |

Eh, got a little carried away with the NeatImage, from the looks of it... A bit too plastic for my taste, although the eye colors are amazing. |

Love the flame in the eye but find the skin colouring a little weird! |

it's a great idea and you did a great job...I just think the neat image (?) NR is excessive...I love the blue eyes and the way they complement the colour of the skin...the flame looks great as well 8 |

Nice idea, I just think it is over processed, and the colour of the face a little to red for my taste |

Neat Image here? Very nice concept. I'd have left the blood vessels in, as it makes the image surreal without. Not that surreal is a bad thing. ;) |
