 I'll admit that I haven't had a clue this week how to represent "life" in a photo. I thought I'd take one of life's better qualities and try to capture a slice of it. I stumbled upon this scene while "Geocaching" this afternoon. I would have liked this better without the big log, but I wasn't about to personally relocate the big, slimy thing :)

This is a great photo. I love the blurred flow of the waterfall. However, the log detracts from the shot, IMO.

An OK shot of a waterfall (pity about the tree getting in the way) and good use of the slow shutter speed

Perfect exposure; good details in both the highlights and shadows. The exposure time was long enough to give a nice soft texture to the water. Overall the photo conveys a feeling of beauty and tranquility.
