 Victoria Symphony performs from a barge in the harbour once each summer, and the evening before has a festive mood. Tourists and residents stroll among the buskers and artisans, enjoying he scenery and party atmosphere.

Although this is nice it is very busy and loses and main focal point. There a few too many lights that are harsh for how dark it is outside. You may have wanted to take this while it was still a bit brighter out
