| i know what you're after, but don't think you quite go there. that bee is just not sharp enough. i know this is a tough shot, hopefully the voters won't be. |

| This is a challenging shot to get and have it meet the Stopped Motion theme of the challenge. The wings appear to have been stopped, but they are a little blurry, which could be simply from DOF and your aperture setting rather than too slow a shutter speed. The bee does look not quite sharp overall, where the flower is... Good luck in the challenge. |

| Great capture. Contrast is pretty high though (the bee loses a lot of detail in the shadows and the flowers are very slightly washed out). I'd love to see this if you could bring out some of the shadow detail and darken the BG slightly to make the flowers pop a bit more. |
