Thank you all for your comments. After some research i found out the lizard latin name "Lacerta agilis".

I would have used a different background, the hand is to textured and to distracting, I realize you were trying to show the size of the salamander but I think that could have been acheived differently. |

Using your hand as the background is a subtle clue to the small size of this critter. Nice focus and composition. |

Wow! This is so sharp. Is the lizard really real. Nice composition and lighting. I can't think of a thing to improve it, for my tastes. |
