I am white. I am a f'in bum.
I do live in a trailer with my mom.
My boy future is an uncle Tom.
I do gotta dumb friend named Chedder Bob
who shoots himself in his leg with his own gun.
I did get jumped by all 6 of you chumps.
And Wink DID f' my girl.
I'm still standing here, saying f' the free world.
Don't EVER try to judge me dude, you don't know what the f' I've been through.

Yes, it's the American flag.
Yes, that's unappealing to some people.
Yes, the edits are almost more than it can bear.
Yes, the desaturation has a purpose.
Yes, it's legal.
Yes, I took it just to piss some people off. Yes, there are a few minor color flaws.
Don't tell me what's obvious. Tell me what you SEE.

Why didn't I fix it? Because this is what I saw, behind my tears, flags, all across the city, remembering. |

Don't know if you are happy or disappointed with the score, but I am glad you shot for you, and did what you wanted to do with this image. Its fine to shoot nice images and all but only ever shoot things that make you happy. The effect gives a blurry look, but as your title suggests, so do tears. Good job!

| Looks almost like a watercolor painting. The bold colors in the flags really make them pop out of the darker background. The multiply flags gives it more interest. |

| This has more of a patriotic feel to it than freedom. The title suggests it's suppose to show sadness, but to me it seems more like a celebration, like 4th of July. |

| I'm assuming that the title explains the hazy effect. It's a great idea and I'm giving this a high score because of that. I'm not sure that most people will get it though. |

Great work!
I'm sure you'll get beat up a little for the heavy manipulation. I'm happy to see the artist behind the camera in this shot. I'd love to see a little more of this type of expression on DPC, but all too many here are only seeking the technical aspects of photography when they vote. High Marks from this left wing voter. |
