 This is a picture of my son with his hair blowned by the wind of a fan. Played only with hue/saturation and contrast to get this effect. Used a slow shutter with a slow sync flash

Thanks to all who commented and mostly loved this shot. This is my son facing a fan and throwing his head to the back when I shoot the photo. I then just tweak the colors with hue/saturation, many times to get the right colors. I'm not from the US but I thought it would mean freedom to Americans in the late circumstances.

This was my favourite shot for this challenge (I gave it 10). And it does say "freedom".

Nice image, but I think that the image should say freedom without having to think much about it.

Beautiful colors really make this a great composition. Good details in the hair. Very dynamic picture. It shows a lot of movement.

Lots of people here feel red, white and blue = freedom, liked the angle of the head. Interesting idea and concept

OH YEA!
A relative of Jimmy Hendrix?
I have seen some great work in this challenge, from the artistic more so than technical side of photography. To me it's refreshing to see.
This is right up there with the best.
