 a girl at a dumpsite in Payatas. Adjusted curves and ran through neatimage. Tone down the colors by duplicating layer and desaturated the top layer. Adjusted opacity to 20% at normal mode.

this appears very..."National Geographic" in a good way.
I love the tilt and distortion. There is so much to see in this picture. Very good shot.
