The overall size of this picture is too small to really see it, and the main subject doesn't take up enough of it. A tighter crop and a larger size would help a lot, especially since it seems like you caught the action well. (There's a reason why all the books and tip sites tell you to shoot maximum resolution, then cut the resolution later to suit the situation). |

The background is a little too busy. It makes the subject almost disappear. Good idea though. |

Excellent capture of the jumper, however too much in the background and it distracts from her. Need to check out various angles and see which one is the least cluttered. Also, I personally like to see alot of water in jumping shots like this one, not sky or trees. Overall though, great timing. |

This reminds me of photos I looked at from trips our family took to Florida in the late 60's. ;^) Really should try to use the max 640 sizing when you can to show more detail. You're a bit on the small side here. Good luck. |

This would have been better maybe shot at 2.8 or something? I feel everything is too sharp and in focus which makes your eye wander from the subject |
