 Thanks for all the comments and scores everyone. Though I was hoping for a top 10 finish I'm still mighty happy with the personal best score. It's been a long time coming. It's taken 2 years to the month.

The composition here is simply perfect. It turns it from an ordinary (boring) flower picture, into a work of art. I love this. :)

Nice and simple. The negative space works great with the flower. Cropped well as I think the center of the flower would have affected the shot in a non positive way. Good work.

Simple, Zen and Beautiful. My only small crib is that the flower looks like artificially pressed to background (I might be grossly wrong). A little more lift would have added extra punch. I still like the picture and I hope it does well for you.8.

Again I have said this before, the simplicity of the image is what made this one good for me . Great photo, nice detail. I gave it an 8, probably would have gone higher if there was a little bit more subject to keep my attention longer.

Mmmm... now that's zen. At first I didn't like that blue smudge you have going on there in the left corner, but the more I thought about it (meditated upon it, if you will,) the more I like it. It gives a suggestion of sunshine, of light on a far leaf.
