Here's the original, for all those that are wondering about the colors. And yes, I did get the title from Seinfeld. ;-)
Oh, and the reason the reds are so intense? I used two graduated neutral density filters, stacked and hand-held in front of the lens.

This is a fave for sure. Great work with the composition and exposure. The colors look awesome, were they very much close to the real thing or were filters being used and/or adjusted much in post processing? eta: edited for spelling ;)

Stunning colors and shapes. I love the curve of the sandbar, the way the colors work together. I'm not all that fond of pink but here it is gorgeous. I think the stillness of the water is what really brings this to zen for me. The rougher waters in the background are almost smoothed with distance and the ships there are little more than oddly-shaped whitecaps so they don't distract from the sheer explosion of nature in the image. In fact, I like how small and insignificant the 'man-made' ships look in comparison to the grandeur of nature. Very nicely captured. I gave an 8 |

I love the colours but really want to move your tripod to the three rocks dead ahead at the waters edge and take the image from there. I feel there is too much water in the F/G for me and the rocks leading you into the water would have worked better (MHO) |

I feel very tempted to recrop this photo and keep only the bottom half of it starting from the stone to all the way down. I simply loved the colors and reflections. Presence of real and reflection, with equal weightage, kind of make my focus switch between two. The "extreme" processing works well on this one. The technical execution is perfect. Hope this does well for you.8. |
