Thanks to my son Nicholas for patiently posing through several shots of each components for this image.

Pose, bow and arrow shot as 3 separate photos, then combined in Photoshop to create the "fire archer" effect.

When photographing the pose, I painted my son with a flashlight to illuminate him as he were lit by the sparklers.

Shooting the arrow was hard, because it is difficult to draw a perfectly straight line with the sparkler.

The bow was the simplest one. Just draw a semicirle with a sparkler.

All shot with a long exposure setting (8 - 10 seconds).
