 This shot was taken at the Japanese Tea Garden in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, It is the oldest Japanese garden in the United States. The garden was designed by Makoto Hagiwara, thus the title of the entry.

I think this is a lovely shot... the green plants look to be claiming the tea houses... it all blends so well...Good job team member... Go Llamas!!!!

interesting subject but it seems way over saturated. and cropped a little too low as the top of the left building is cut off.

The composition here is very good and I like the contrasts of the greens and the red. The foreground green, however, appears a bit overexposed/too bright.

Although Zen would give the illusion that an Asian-inspired theme would be the ultimate example, for me, this is just too busy. It demands too much of my interest, wanting to view it from corner to corner. The leaves on the trees are very busy for my eye to focus on the overall serenity of this photo.
