Waterlily pads are always soothing, shame you didn't capture some waterlilies flowers as well... |

This looks like a nice, inviting place, but maybe a different angle or the inclusion of a focal point would have made for a more soothing and interesting shot. |

This image is a little busy in the foreground, maybe a lower view point looking across the top of the water would have helped. (MHO) |

This does not have the overall feeling of peace and serenity that I look for in zen photography. |

I really like this photo, but it is not as calm to the eye as I'd like. It is simply too busy, although I know the water is still, and the lillypads are unmoving, just visually, it is distracting. It causes the eye to search this photo for all of the details contained there-in, meaning that it is visually not calm. |
