For my Project I spray painted five small boxes of one height, and four lower boxes to two shades of blue. Also spray paint pasta shapes, and arrange them on top of the boxes, in an abstract geometric pattern, in the same shades of blue. Finish with a metallic and pearl blue spray paint, to give a luster effect, re the blue highlights.
Photographed in the \"Raw\" format, and then processed in photoshop.

I don't know what kind of post processing you have done here, but I don't really like it. Was the pasta blue before you took the photo, or was all this done after? It is a cool idea, and a cool composition, though.

Although I am not sure if the apperance is due to post-processing or not, it looks rather intriguing... I like it.

This is a very cool idea, and I like the way it turned out, but there is something about it that looks off to me. Either it's a bit OOF or too heavily processed for my taste.

Interesting. Would make a good cover for a greeting card. Seems like some of the pasta is a color on a different color...

This is an interesting entry. It's leaning a little more towards digital art than photography for me, just because it looks like it's been rather processed. I like the patterns and the arrangement. I also like the colors because I'm partial to blues and purples but I'm also kind of curious what it would look like in warmer tones (yellows/oranges, etc) since that's what we typically see for pasta.

Interesting image. A little bit too overprocessed IMO. Either that or I'm not imaginative enough to figure out how you pulled this off. in any case, I love the symmetry of the image as well as the texture of the noodles. Good job!

This is a nice idea. I don't care for the weird post processing effect and it is a bummer that the left side got cropped off. On the upside, excellent attempt at meeting the challenge. Going to crawl out from under my bridge and actually tack a 6 on to this.
