This is a great shot, in a zoo or not doesn't matter. In fact zoos are a good thing, they give our children a safe place to learn and thus value wild life. Many animals are rescued and are too domesticated to return to the wild. Thanks for sharing such a fine photo for us all to enjoy. Tom Murray Fort Worth, Texas |

Oops - forgot to comment when I added this to my favorites. I've shown this to several family members and friends. We all think it's hilarious.
There's just something about the dead-serious look on his face.
Then, of course, there's the fantastic composition, DOF, and other technical aspects that allow you to focus on the tiger. :) |

Great focus on "Pavlov's cat". This salvitating tiger has a serious look that makes me feel like he is looking right through me. This would probably be very impressive enlarged and hanging on the wall. |

Great sharp photo with excellent DOF. I love the sharpness of the eyes.
Lol I have a similar photo but it's of my little moggy not nearly as eyecatching! |
