Fantastic! Very nice exposure. Love the reflections and the descending lines in the bottom part of the frame add sad, drammatic mood. Great B&W rendering, and the noise/grain adds roughness to the picture. 10 |

I love it! There is so much B&W feeling in it. |

Neat spot. I think this location was used in another location. Looks very grainy though, and I might have kept this in color |

Cristin! Such a rad shot! Beautiful, with the pools and the rocks, this is just so beautiful. I love the grain, but unfortunatly I'm part of about 5% of DPC that does. Good luck though, hope you finish well! |

Great idea and the B&W works for your subject. However, the grain doesn't work for me. |

The overall graininess doesn't seem to add anything extra to an otherwise nice composition. |

I like the low angle to give you more reflection of the rock and the triangle also found in the clouds on top but this is still a hard picture to see. I am not sure. Maybe too dark? How does it look in color? More contrast? You are definately going moody on this. |

Love the grain. Very surreal. I hope you didn't get hammered for it but excellent shot. (9) |

whoa, that is noisy...I imagine it to be a very beautiful scene though...I'm sure this location has great potential, but know the limitations of your gear. |

Just curious, is the noise added for effect? it almost appears that way but I am having a hard time telling. if so I think it works well. If not it still works well. |

Of course, I would say way too much noise. But, in this case, it's perfect and surely you did it on purpose...I like it! |

Nice composition and the black and white works well I think. The noise or graininess really blows it though. Not sure if that was intentional or not. 6. |

I see the effect you were trying to achieve (and you do sucseed) But it's a little too much for me. (and I hate your border with passion.) |

Grain is good!
Makes it a higher form of art for me. |

I think the grainy attempt falls just a bit short of the artistic effect you were trying for. Experiment a bit more with this to see if you can pull it off without making the birds look like dust specks. |
