Friday 14th was national submission of taxes deadline day here in South Africa. So, I, ever the patriotic citizen left it right up until the last minute, like so many others.
On the way there, I passed this deserted military compound and started praying that I could be done with my taxes a.s.a.p.
The service at the tax office was outstanding!
Kudos to Trevor Manuel and his team.
So, it freed me up to get back and wander around the compound, accompanied by a security guard (picture).
This picture is probably a better perspective entry than the one I used for the last challenge.
But then, that;s the way these things go.

I love that enigmatic, faceless person. Terrific picture.

Nice photo and the guy standing halfway in the doorway surprised me (in a good way). Kinda creepy. The coloring does it justice too.

Nice colors, interesting feeling in this image. The presence of the man makes the photo even more appealing. I would have liked the man to be more visible but I suppose the light was not very good for that. 8 from me

Well observed shot and the colours or lack thereof is well done. Would have preferred the shot without the chap or least with him not looking at the camera - just a thought

Apart from the title, I can't see any relation to the subject of the cahllenge. Nice shot otherwise.

Very stark in color and hauntingly shot.
The lone figure in the photo makes it more so.
