Ingrid,
Thanks for the comment on my on the beach entry I thoguth I would give you one also.
This is a cool shot, I really like the ocean spray you captured. My only suggestion would be to maybe have shot at a wider angle and used the rule of thirds to place the trap. I thin you did a really good job of actually finding something at the beach. Thans again for the comment.

Great job! Nice colors, although not bright like a Caribbean beach would be, this works very nicely. Great motion and violence coming off of the water, although in places, looks a little streaky in the post-processing job. Giving it a 5.

Very cool.....the motion of the misty wave and the stark gray colors are punctuated by the red from the trap. Nice. The only thing I could critique is that I would have moved the trap a little more to the left in the frame. Other than that minor thing this is a cool shot!

What a breathtaking photo. I would like it even better without the "washed up" object in it, but it is an absolutely stunning picture anyway!! 9

OK, point noted - but I would like it better without the severe red of the pot. The slow shutter has worked very well but the red top of the pot is too harsh in this shot. Compositionally very good and the worth merit.

Some of my favorite photos have just a touch of red, as this does. I'd love to hear you post processing techniques. I have a photo I would love to have this sort of effect. Beautiful.

Coming back for comments. Beautiful shot! Love the beat up crab trap against the dashing waves. The red on the trap really offsets the darkness of the rocks. Great job, 10.
