The sign makes an interesting contrast to the background scene. The high splashes indicate what the potential risk might be.

Very nice composition. I like how the waves crashing against the rocks make the point of the sign very clear. :) This photo would have "popped" even more for me if it were taken slightly to the right (so that the sign wasn't obstructing the crashing waves at all) and if there were a bit more color to the sky (Hue/Saturation adjustment, maybe?). Overall great shot though. :)
