| Bummer on the DQ. I hope you don't let this deter you from entering again in the future. You have some stunning images in your flickr portfolio and I'd love to see more work from you. Just make sure you read through the rules (and don't forget that your entry has to be taken *after* the challenge topic is announced). |

| Nice composition, with the anchor chain leading into the ship and the sun. THe picture is oversharpened a bit (see around the ship's top details), and the horizon seems to bulge. 7 |

| Great job! I can just feel the heat of the Indian climate, and feel the sun setting in this one! Loved the sky and the perspective and angle of the anchor. I feel like if I stepped onto that sand, it would melt away beneath my feet. I gave you a 9. |

| Dazzling clouds and reflection on the water. The boat and anchor are the perfect silhouette for this dramatic sky. Think the border is a little thick, adding more darkness to an already dark lower portion. Wish we could see the detail at the bottom a little better. |

| Wow! Ignoring the halos around the boat silhouette this really is a marvellous shot - I just love the leading line of the anchor and the anchor itself and the way the sun plays on the sand. The sky too is marvellous. This is a beautiful shot! |

| This is an incredible shot! Great lighting and depth of focus with the anchor in the foreground leading our eye to the boat and the sun. The clouds also add lots of drama. |

| This image is a pleasure to view and very well done. I really like the reverse perspective of this image, as the rope lead my eyes to the almost hidden anchor after first enjoying the colors and the silhouette in the background. |
