I like the colour one more.. but you have created two very different moods with the processing.. it would depend on what you were going for. Great shot either way and seriously great panties too ;) lol

I think the very warm yellow tones of the sunlight add more to the photo - so I prefer the color one (IMHO).
Composition is great though.
