I think it could be cropped a bit tigher from the top.

I like the thought on this one. Leading the eye into the scene by using the perspective of the stairs and the fence is a good technique. Image is lacking in sharpness, though. So I give you high marks for composition, but focus and exposure could use some work, and color seems a bit off.
