 rotate, slight crop, contrast, unsharp mask, rgb colour adjustment. (added red) ok ok and yes... neatimage (to blend colours better).

There is something wrong with the lines in the middle. It affects the crispyness of the photo. Good subject and colours.
Maybe a different angle? (anyway don't know if it was possible to shot from another angle)

Got a feeling this is shot by a countryman! Like it a lot, love the composition and dig the fact that there is no ground visible. Like the color sceme too! 8 from me.
