The school bell is displayed at the Glenwood City WI School, and was used in the first school built in 1891. The original building burned in 1958 and the bell was salvaged and donated to the new school by the class of 1959.

the simplicity of this and the balance of shapes is very nice..the little bit of light on the wall to the right is too bad but the overall effect is concise, brings back school memories, and meets the challenge well

I think this needs to be either more off-center, or dead centered. Like this it just looks a little off.

good composition. the one "light beam" on the bottom right is a little distracting...but I'm sure you couldn't do anything about it. ( i only say that in case you do spot editing for things other than the challenge) cool shot.
