 Ok, my kid doesn't have school on weekends, but her school did have a picnic this weekend! My daughter, Carrie, is on the right with one of her buddies on a piece of playground equipment.

This has the feeling of 'snapshot', but the emotion portrayed on the girls' face makes up for it. I find the fence a little distracting... In the future, it may help to 'plan' your background, as much as you plan the subject matter!

It's hard to get past those sweet faces to critique the photo. From the looks of those eyes, I'd guess their sisters. :) Wonderful colors, clarity outstanding.

Without the title, it's marginal wheter it fits the category or not IMO, but that aside...it's a GREAT shot. Wonderful expressions. Great colors ( the matching shirts really work well ) , the lighting is good, dof, etc. Nice work.
