It's an interesting setup..
but for me there is too much car... maybe to cut off the back of the car (no rear wheel) |

| Yikes! I'm assuming that it was the person being "hit" that was moving instead of the vehicle. By the way, you have a flat tire. |

| Unfortunately, there's motion to the car to make this photo have any sense. The massive black background is distracting and the lighting seems to hurt the photo. |
