 From out in the backyard. Not expecting much, but entering anyway.

CS2 edits;
Noise removal, USM, curves adjustment, saturation +25, cloned out a speck, resize, and add border.

After challenge: I didn't notice the gap, in the petals, until after I read Yanko's comment. Then it bothered me all week.

Beautiful- very crisp and sharp. I like how the background is brighter closer to the flower, then darkens toward the edge of the photo. Very nice!

Your little sunflower kicks ass! I only wish that bottom petal didn't have that gap between the other one but that's nitpicking. Really this is super. 9.
