 I visited the Fan Parc in Munich during the Fifa Worldcup and thought this would fit the challenge one way or the other.

The picture was taken about an hour after sunset and shows one of the masts holding the flood lights for the Olympic Stadium, and some part of its famous tent roof made of acrylic glas.

I have no doubt that these items were stationary but everyting about the image say motion to me. It really looks like the objects are in the process of being erected and not really at rest in their final location.
