I like the overall feel. The distressed table really adds to the feeling of the old typewriter.

Old writer's instrument, minus any stationery.

I think the definition of stationery is paper or a paper shop - not a typewriter. Nicely photographed though.

Nice idea for a photo. Bit of a strange birdseye view, camera could have been brought down for a nicer effect and better shot of the "stationery". Best solution for this photo, open up the aperture and focus on the primary elements of the photo. Good texture shot of the old typewriter. Keep em coming.

I love the background and the surroundings, even if some find it "busy." Great shot!

very interesting shot though I would like you to try and go in the opp direction of the spectrum and try more softer colours. I'm saying that because you've described 'old' and a softer touch might help strengthen this notion :)

An old typewriter is not the strongest example of stationery but I can accept it as meeting the challenge. The image is kind of cluttered and the glare on sticker on the typewriter is a distraction.

A manual typewriter and a Guinness. Good things come of these.

I am sure you would disagree or you wouldn't have entered the photo in this challenge, but IMO DNMC.

The colours in this image have some definate POP

Nice composition but the image could be better. Overexpose in area and glare.

A little cluttered, I find my eyes drawn to the bottle in the background

Pretty much "snapshot composition". It's like you stood there and took a picture. You could had made a better compositon and maybe turn it into b&w.

i think if you would have gotten a close up of the keys and strokes it would be more appealing.
