 This was an interesting challenge to shoot for. For almost all of my shots, I shot a full-res jpeg at low sharpening. Then, I shot a 640x480 image on "Vivid" for more contrast, sharpness, and saturation. The reason I shot one at 640x480 was to get the sharpest image possible - I didn't want the "softness" that comes with downsizing from a 2048x1536 file. But I also wanted a full-res file so I did both :)

All I had to do for this entry was compress it for the web.

I expect I'll get some comments that the composition is too busy. I'll agree that there are some distractions, it's too bad I couldn't have cloned/cropped them out.

The nicely saturated greens and browns really complement each other, and of course the blurred water always looks good.

nicely done, though i am not a fan of water captured this way, it is not natural, i see it as an art form and a painting, you did very well composing this shot.
