 Sorry to all those who hate flowers, but had been out taking a picture for the Flower challenge and found a 48 hour challenge so this was the most suitable one from this afternoon's venture.

Ok, wouldn't have been bad in bokeh. Not being a flower fan take this with a grain of salt...I don't find this flower particularly interesting and the color seems flat. Wonder how it would have scored in bokeh :)

Nice shot but the high contrast background is distracting from the main subject.
