 Just opening iris on black (t-shirt) background. Gold reflector to the right. Glycerine for water drop. Slight levels, slight cloning to remove extra glycerine droplets. Smart Sharpen.

Beautiful image. I think if the top part of the flower were lit as well as the stem, and the drop falling off the petal were in focus, it would be a perfect shot.
