Thanks for the great criticism guys! I just upgraded to my 350D from a 3.2mpx sony point and shoot recently and this was was one of my first pictures that came out of the camera. This was my first challenge and I submitted just for the constructive criticism and I recieved exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks for the comments again guys, I will have more knowledge to take with me for future challenges!

I like the colors here! Composition is a little cluttered, though. It must have been a challenge to find the right angle with the right lighting and still get that daylily in there. Try experimenting with a really tight crop (even if it means cutting off part of the daylily or the bird on top) to see if that helps. I would particularly recommend taking out the blue thing - very distracting.

This image looks like it has been stationary for a long time. However, it also looks like it never moved that much in the first place. This doesn't make it a strong entry for this challenge. Here are a couple of suggestions you might want to try to improve this image. First, crop or clone out the blue object on the right edge (Yah, I know it is a basic editing challenge). Second, try cropping off the bottom of the image just above where the flower in the bottom right hand corner is removed. This should help emphasize the lighting on the front of the bird house and bring the focus of the viewer to the object you intended.

Somehow, I think I've seen this somewhere before! Good job homie! :) The only thing I don't like is the blue thing and whatever is above it on the right.
