 Standing on the dike looking over the metal wall added to the top. River level is at 32 feet. Expected to rise to 38 feet. (3 feet below the top of the metal.)

That's just amazing..... will you take a pic from the same place onec the water returns to near normal? Would love to see it for perspective but I'm sure from the bridge design it will be impressive.
