 This was to be my bokeh entry but I pulled it in the last minutes, on purpose.

This is a very nice view of a single flower in the making. If you had put it in the "Bokeh" challenge, I think that the little light area just left of the bloom would have caused a problem with voters. I like it a lot for the softness of bokeh, and the two color contrast with the very white petals and the dark green all around.

I really really appreciate your eye in this photo. I would never in a million years see what I now see if you would have never taken the picture. Very unDPC, and very refreshing. Thank you!
