Interesting shot. I wonder what the effect would be like if the focus was on the hole in the glass instead of the person. Bumping up! |

A great idea. Nicely composed too, although the subject looks just a little cross-eyed. Probably because he's looking at the crack in the mirror rather than at (or, even better, behind) the camera's reflection.
Effective lighting on the face, too.
Did you think about asking your subject to hold off shaving for the shot? It might've enhanced the broody effect. And men usually see a bit of stubble when they look at themselves in the mirror in the morning... |

too bad the face isn't sharp. did you think about looking through the hole in the glass? I think that would make this photo even more interesting. |

Striking. Like the lighting on the face, particularly the eye. Well cropped, too. |

I like the lighting on the right side of the face. This photo leaves me wondering what it would have been like with sharper glass, less focus face. |

Nice, but I think I would have liked it better if just the glass was in focus and he was totally out of focus or the exact other way around, "half & half" like it is now isn´t really working for me. 4 from me this time but I like your thinking with this shot and I suggest you keep at this, you are on to something. |

Sepia works well, love the POV. IMO, a larger DOF may have been helpful for the image. |

neither the hoel in the glass nor the face look to be in good focus. It would be better with nice focus on one or the other instead of the hair. |
