Lots of motion, but very little blur. I am also not fond of the blown highlights on her chin and neck.

Nice idea and overall composition. There is some slight motion blur would've liked to see more for this challenge.

Nicely lit and framed. The concept has been done once or twice before, though.

To get more sense of movement in the hair: use a slower exposure, and take the shot once your subject has stopped moving her head but while the hair is still moving. Slower exposure means you'll need to use a natural light source, though; flash will be too fast.
